1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using English Training Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms, please do not use this platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and English Training Studio.

2. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users aged 13–17 require parental or guardian consent. Each account is for individual use only — sharing accounts or credentials with others is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Course Access & Licenses

Upon purchasing a course, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access course materials for your own educational use. This license does not include the right to copy, distribute, resell, or sublicense any content.

Lifetime access means access continues as long as we operate the platform. We reserve the right to update, revise, or supplement course content at any time at our sole discretion.

4. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Course purchases are final and non-refundable once access is granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased course, please contact support immediately and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• cancel Share your account or login credentials with any other person
• cancel Download, record, or redistribute audio lessons or course materials
• cancel Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bypass platform security measures
• cancel Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• cancel Impersonate another user, instructor, or staff member

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, audio lessons, transcripts, graphics, and materials are the exclusive intellectual property of English Training Studio or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, English Training Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of English Training Studio shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and thereafter through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

9. Disclaimer of Results

Language learning outcomes vary significantly based on individual effort, prior knowledge, learning frequency, and other personal factors. English Training Studio makes no guarantee or warranty of any specific level of fluency, proficiency, or language ability as a result of using the platform.

Course content is designed to support language learning but does not replace immersive study, practice with native speakers, or formal academic instruction.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date on this page and may notify you via email or an in-platform notice.

Your continued use of English Training Studio after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform.
